On Sunday 23 November 2008, the 2nd Court of Representatives EFA-Rainbow was held in Amyndeo/Sorovich of Florina/Lerin.
The 2nd Conference of the party was considered by the members of EFA-Rainbow as a mobilization policy and a starting point for the European elections of 2009.
A new enlarged Central Political Council and Secretariatt was elected at the end of the Congress.
